Currently, Vesha Finds ships only within India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We may expand our shipping services to additional countries in the future.
2. Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed (or the order is verified for Cash on Delivery), we begin processing your order.
Order Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may vary depending on:

- Fulfillment location
- Weekends and public holidays
- High order volumes
- Promotional or festive sale periods
- Quality verification (where applicable)
While we strive to process all orders promptly, occasional delays may occur during peak demand or unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated Delivery: 3–8 Business Days
Delivery timelines depend on several factors, including:

4. Shipping Charges
We currently offer Free Shipping on eligible orders across India.
From time to time, Vesha Finds may introduce promotional shipping offers or modify shipping terms without prior notice.
Any applicable shipping charges will always be displayed during checkout before payment.
5. Courier Partners
To ensure reliable delivery, we work with trusted courier and logistics partners, including but not limited to:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- XpressBees
- Ecom Express
- Shiprocket Partner Couriers
- Other trusted logistics providers as required
The courier partner assigned to your order depends on your delivery location, product availability, and serviceability.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

- Shipping Confirmation
- Tracking Number
- Courier Details
You can use the provided tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible PIN codes across India.
Additional COD handling charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
Vesha Finds reserves the right to disable COD for:
- Certain PIN codes
- High-value orders
- Repeat order cancellations or refusals
- Fraud prevention purposes
- Orders requiring prepaid payment based on internal risk assessment
Customers opting for COD are requested to keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
8. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to:
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect phone number
- Incomplete delivery information
- Refusal to accept the order
the shipment may be returned.
If re-delivery is requested after the shipment has been returned, additional shipping charges may apply.
Repeated refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may result in future COD restrictions.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Vesha Finds shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect PIN code
- Incorrect phone number
- Incomplete delivery details
Please verify your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
10. Delayed Deliveries
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- Heavy rainfall or floods

- Courier delays

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
11. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:
- Inspect the package before accepting it.
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging before opening it.
- Record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide an unboxing video may affect eligibility for claims relating to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
12. Lost Shipments
If your tracking information shows unusual delays or your shipment appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support team.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.
Where appropriate, we will work toward a fair resolution in accordance with our internal policies.
13. Order Fulfillment
To ensure faster processing and a wider product selection, some products may be fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partners located across India.
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and delivered on different dates.
This helps us process and deliver each item as efficiently as possible.
14. Delivery Acceptance
Upon delivery, please inspect your package before accepting it.
If you notice:
- Incorrect product
- Missing item
- Damaged package
- Opened or tampered parcel
Please contact us immediately with clear photos and an unboxing video so we can investigate and assist you promptly.
15. Force Majeure
Vesha Finds shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Government actions
- Transportation disruptions
- Labour strikes
- Power outages
- Internet failures
- Weather conditions
