RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Vesha Finds. We are committed to providing quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return, replacement, or refund.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 5 days of delivery.
  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, manuals, free gifts, and invoice (if applicable).
  • Be returned without any signs of misuse, damage, alteration, or tampering.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Vesha Finds.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Innerwear and intimate apparel
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Certain branded products and electronic items may also be covered under manufacturer-specific return policies.


3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product
  • A product with missing parts or accessories

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request should include:

  • Order Number
  • Clear product photos
  • Photos of the outer packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund unless otherwise approved by Vesha Finds.

Requests received after 48 hours of delivery may not qualify for return or replacement.


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at  support.veshafinds@gmail.com
  2. Mention your Order Number and reason for the return.
  3. Our support team will review your request.
  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
  5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Please do not return any product without receiving prior authorization from our support team.


5. Return Shipping

For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Vesha Finds will arrange or cover the return shipping wherever applicable.

As some products are fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partners, return procedures may vary depending on the product category and fulfillment process.

Customers must wait for return authorization before shipping any product.

For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.


6. Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect depends on your bank or payment service provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method after verification.

Shipping charges, COD handling charges, convenience fees, and other service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Size replacement (subject to stock availability)

If a replacement is unavailable, Vesha Finds may offer a refund or store credit at its sole discretion.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


9. Electronics & Home Appliances

Electronic products and home appliances may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty wherever applicable.

Warranty coverage varies depending on the brand and product.

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper installation
  • Liquid damage
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear

Please refer to the warranty information provided with your product.


10. Clothing & Fashion Products

Clothing and fashion products are eligible for return only if they are:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Free from stains, perfumes, or damage
  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


11. Kids Products & Toys

For hygiene and safety reasons, used toys, children's products damaged due to misuse, or products with missing components are not eligible for return unless they were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Adult supervision is recommended wherever applicable.


12. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be approved if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, invoice, or tags are missing.
  • The return request is made after the 5-day return period.
  • Damage results from misuse, negligence, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • The wrong size was ordered by the customer.
  • Minor colour variations occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
  • The customer changes their mind after delivery.

13. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Vesha Finds shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.


14. Failed Delivery & Refused Orders

Orders returned due to customer unavailability, repeated delivery failures, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery may be subject to applicable shipping charges before re-dispatch or refund.

If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is refused without a valid reason, Vesha Finds reserves the right to restrict or decline future COD orders from the same customer.


15. Product Appearance

Actual product colours may vary slightly due to photographic lighting, screen resolution, or monitor settings.

Such minor variations shall not be considered product defects.


16. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier or logistics delays
  • Strikes or other unforeseen events

Vesha Finds shall not be held liable for such delays.


17. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, Vesha Finds reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund request that appears fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or inconsistent with this policy.
